Brought to you by the Athens Chamber of Commerce, the City of Athens,
and a growing number of community partners, the annual Black-Eyed Pea Jamboree celebrates Athens’ proud title as the
Black-Eyed Pea Capital of the World!
This year’s festival will feature the Uncle Fletch Hamburger Cookoff and a full day of family fun, including:
– Live entertainment throughout the day
– A 5K race and Family Fun Run: Register: Black-eyed Pea 2025 Fun Run & 5K
– Arts & crafts vendors
– A dedicated Kids Zone
– Food vendors
– Turtle races
– Black-eyed pea cookoff

– A historical pop-up museum and video showcase

Capping off the day: Barefoot Nation: A Kenny Chesney Tribute Band will perform
Saturday night at The Texan.
